- Receiving a Discovery Workbook, Bloom Planner and Rise & Shine Journal.
- 1 x 90 Intentional Session where the focus is to discover your strengths and growing edges, explore your life-balance wheel, discover your perfectionistic tendencies, describe your perfectionism and set bloom intentions for our 12-week journey together.
- 11 x 45 min Transformation Sessions – We will meet weekly to free you from your perfectionism, develop a growth mindset, and remove blocks keeping you from living life on your terms.
- Recording, notes, intentional work and recommended materials after each session.
