With the five ingredients to emotional resilience I present in this video, we can heal almost any emotional hurt, withstand and bounce back from adversity faster than before, and find peace with who we are – right here, right now.
The goal is to be able to meet obstacles and stressors with relative ease, be able to shift our perspective when needed, and eventually experience positive emotions on most days.
