I spent some time in Oslo with family and boyfriend the last few weeks after I came home from my trip around the world. Last time I saw Duke was on the airport in Fiji before I headed further to the G Adventures Tour in USA. Therefore, it was pretty perfect to know that we were gonna see each other again already the 9th of June, this time in Norway. I got up early and picked him up at the airport, and it was so good to be in his arms again. So, the days after, I showed him around at Majorstua, Ekeberg and Grünerløkka. My favorite spots in Oslo.
/ De siste ukene etter jeg kom hjem fra reisen har jeg tilbrakt i Oslo med familie og kjæreste. Sist gang jeg så Duke var på flyplassen i Fiji da jeg dro videre til USA på G Adventures Tour. Derfor var det ekstra godt å vite vi skulle sees igjen allerede 9. juni. Da stod jeg opp tidlig og dro på Gardermoen for å endelig se han igjen. De neste dagene viste jeg han rundt på Majorstua, Ekeberg og Grünerløkka. Mine favorittstrøk i Oslo.
After I came home from my trip, I got a whole new perspective on my own country. Norway is a well structured and organized society with extraordinary nature. Despite all of this, I feel like this country doesn’t open up for being different from the mass. The next couple of weeks, Duke and I will enjoy the Norwegian nature in my home place, around Molde. Also, there will be lots of planning for our next trip overseas.
/ Etter jeg kom hjem fra reisen har jeg fått et helt nytt perspektiv på mitt eget land. Norge er en velstrukturert og organisert velferdsstat med ekstraordinær natur. Føler kanskje at landet mitt ikke åpenbart åpner for annerledes-het. De neste ukene skal Duke og jeg nyte naturen, og jeg skal vise ham hvor jeg er fra og hva Molde og omegn har å by på. Ikke minst blir det planlegging av neste tur til utlandet.
