You want to live a fulfilling, good life; you want to utilise your strengths, skills and talents; you want to be more positive and eschew negativity; you want meaningful relationships; you want careers or work that allow you to develop; and you want to make a positive difference in the world. Right? However, I believe many people today feel empty. Like, you know, they’re searching for something to be just around the corner.
A lot of people don’t know their strengths and can only dream about having a talent in anything. So many have no relationships at all because they fail in them, or they have too many relationships in order to keep the feeling of loneliness away. A lot of people don’t work because they can’t or they work with something without really feeling like they’re living out their true potential. Actually, a lot of people don’t find meaning and don’t experience any growth at all.
I believe I have experienced that feeling of emptiness and void inside of me, because I have never been determined – or what I call – all the way in. I figured that the only way I could fill my void in life and create meaning, was to get all the way in myself, and pursue my mission: Empower people’s lives. My travel around the world opened my eyes to the fact that people who have basic human needs as food and shelter covered, do begin to pay attention to higher needs, such as self-actualisation, fulfillment and spiritual connection. So many out there, have totally fine lives without any anxiety or depression, but way too many sense to feel a lack of meaning. As a result, I signed up for a Professional Life Coach program on the Institute Of Life Coach Training and founded All The Way In.
All The Way In aims to create meaningful and flourishing lives and bring people to their next level. Before I finish my studies and officially can work as a Certified Life Coach, the purpose of AllTheWayIn.org is to inspire and motivate in different fields. As a coach in the future, my vision is to use a thought-provoking, future-focused and creative process that enables individuals to make conscious decisions and fulfill their potential, with the goal of empowering them to become leaders in their own lives.
