To own your life, is to forgive. Forgiveness means being aware of the resentment, the guilt, and the shame that keeps us from being fully alive. Gratitude, compassion, acceptance and meaning can soften your hurts, but only forgiveness can solve them for good.
That is way I, in this last episode of the Emotional Resilience series, introduce you to my 7 pearls of forgiveness and the FREE and downloadable worksheet “Forgive and Move On”. My hope with this, is to give you tools to forgive yourself and others more easily.

Now, tell me: How do you practice forgiveness? If you have watched all of the five episodes in the Emotional Resilience series by now, you have hopefully built a greater emotional foundation to tackle life’s ups & downs. I would love to hear what you think. Which episode was your favorite? Which one was most and least helpful? What have you learned?
