Lush Enchanted Cottage in the Grove
.. And our journey has just started! Our flight from Oslo to Florida was delayed from 3pm to 8pm, and therefore we arrived Fort Lauderdale Airport a little later than expected, 4th of September 2am. Despite the jetlag, we could look forward to heading to our beautiful vintage Airbnb, which I fell in love with even before we came there, when I was looking for an Airbnb to stay for the night.
The Airbnb was approximately 40 minutes away from the Airport and 30 minutes away from Miami Beach. The place is a very private and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Miami. This top- rated home has unique, distinctive 1950s architecture, set against a beautiful lush backdrop of the tropical canopy; All within a stones throw of great restaurants, shopping, and more.
With two bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, verandas and a toilet, we really enjoyed ourselves, despite that we were there only for a night and a day. To me, this was exactly what I was looking for in terms of style, creativity and location. Thanks for a great stay Katie + Lance!
